By automating stock tracking, streamlining pick-pack workflows, and providing real-time inventory visibility, the solution helps teams reduce errors, accelerate fulfillment, and maintain accurate stock levels, resulting in faster, more efficient operations end-to-end.

Solution

To overcome the challenges, we delivered a high-performance mobile application using React Native, which significantly optimized the order preparation process for United Seats’ warehouses.

Developed a fast, cross-platform mobile app using React Native, providing a seamless experience on both iOS and Android.
Leveraged Redux, Firebase, SQLite, and AWS solutions to create a scalable and efficient app architecture.
Implemented a mobile-first system that allowed users to draft and manage multiple orders simultaneously, improving operational efficiency.
