KindCircle - Children Safety & Protection Standards

KindCircle is committed to protecting children and preventing all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards outline the policies, processes and reporting mechanisms we use to ensure safety within our platform.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy for CSAE We do not permit:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) Sexualized content involving minors Grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of children Accounts impersonating or targeting minors Violating content is removed immediately, and offending accounts are permanently banned.

2. Reporting & Enforcement Users can report safety concerns directly in the app, including:

Suspected CSAM Exploitation or grooming behavior Accounts belonging to minors where prohibited All reports are reviewed by our safety team. Verified CSAM reports are escalated to relevant national authorities.

3. Moderation & Detection

We use a combination of:

• Automated detection systems
• Manual review
• Safety workflows designed to identify harmful content
• Content involving minors is removed or flagged for review.

4. Data Protection for Minors

We do not knowingly collect or store data from minors in violation of regional child protection laws.
